We may accept returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of the delivery or pickup date.
Items must be in undamaged, "like new", and resalable condition, not modified or altered in any way, shape, or form.
Customers shall be responsible for all costs associated with returning the purchased items back to our warehouse.

Freight — Exposed and Concealed Damages
Please inspect the items for any hints of damage prior to signing the delivery slip.
- If there are obvious signs of damage you should refuse the delivery.
- If the order arrives in good condition, please inspect the items for any potential concealed damages and report it to us (email@example.com) within 2 days of delivery, otherwise it get more difficult to prove that the damages occurred during transit. Provide a brief description of the issue and photos for evidence.
